I have been looking at bow sights now for a while, and I have to say the manufactures that are out there now are great. As a new hunter this being my 1st real season of actually ground and pounding. I wanted an upgrade from the IQ bow sight I was using. I love the IQ as it helped me with shot placement, as well as muscle memory. The IQ sight has it s limit though, and thus I needed to upgrade.
I asked the pro’s what do you use, or recommend for someone like me. Just a regular guy trying to be successful to harvest the animals. One guy told me to get full GREEN!! pins I laughed and agreed. I got them but then when I got it home , I was looking threw the sight, and noticed I couldn’t tell what pin was what, ashamed of my mistake, I took it back to the retailer and asked to get 2 red pins put in so I could tell them apart. now I personally feel it’s much better for me as a shooter since I have to worry about shot execution I don’t want to count pins down to try and guess yardage too if they were all green. I love this bow sight! not just because Mr pro said I would either LOL!
So here it is, a Custom Montana Black Gold Ascent Bow sight. This sight will set you back around 250.00.
