This was my first time making jerky this year and I wanted to use the meat I harvested from the deer I tagged out on last week. So I went to Cabelas and piled up a bunch of gear on the chopping cart as well as some spices and mixs.
This video is just how I learned and I adjusted the seasonings for my liking of jerky flavor.
